- Sponsors and publishes a compensation and salary survey for managers every three years, last conducted in 2003 and the next being in 2006
- One key finding: Managers who hold a designation earn significantly more on average than those who do not hold a designation
- Researches best practices in community association governance and management
- Existing reports: Transition (from developer to community association control); Reserve Studies/Management; Governance, Resident Involvement & Conflict Resolution; Community Harmony/Spirit; Financial Operations; Energy Efficiency; and Strategic Planning.
